Do You Have Chronic Stress?

Looking to see whether we have some of the common signs of chronic stress can help us identify whether stress is becoming a problem for us.

The symptoms of stress are many and varied: from restlessness, insomnia and racing thoughts at one end of the spectrum to withdrawal, lethargy and depression at the other. You have your own combination of physical, psychological and behavioral responses to stress.

The list below can serve as a starting point for recognizing whether stress is a problem for you. Donít be alarmed if you notice that you have some of the signs of chronic stress. Most symptoms of chronic stress are reversible. And you can prevent these and other symptoms from occurring.
